You understand why you do what you do. So why are you still doing it?

You've done the inner work. You've gained the awareness. Now it's time to begin living beyond the patterns you've learned to recognize.

The integration gap

You can understand your patterns and still find yourself living from them.

01

You aren't confused about what's happening.

You've reached a point where you can identify your response as it's unfolding. The frustration comes from recognizing it without necessarily having access to a different response.

02

Your affirmations aren't necessarily insincere.

You may genuinely believe you're worthy, deserving, capable, or safe. But that belief doesn't automatically prevent your body from responding according to a previously learned expectation.

03

You may have mistaken awareness for integration.

Because you're so accustomed to processing your experiences intellectually, recognizing and explaining a response can begin to feel like the work itself. Meanwhile, the response continues.

This is what I call the integration gap. The space between what you've come to understand psychologically and what you're actually able to influence, experience, embody, and choose differently in your everyday life.

Introducing

Make Room for More

Go beyond understanding your patterns and learn how to change the internal processes that keep them in place.

Make Room for More is a nine-module, 35-video self-paced experience designed to help you bridge the gap between psychological understanding and embodied transformation.

Through a progressive process of pattern liberation, you'll learn how to work with the unconscious predictions and protective responses that continue influencing your experience, even when your conscious beliefs have changed.

You'll explore how to bring an existing pattern into active awareness while maintaining the physiological steadiness needed to meet it with a new, contradictory experience. Rather than relying on affirmations or conscious redirection alone, you'll practice creating conditions in which previously learned expectations can be challenged and new responses developed.

And because transformation doesn't end when an old response begins to loosen, you'll also learn how to navigate the emotional waves that may follow, expand your capacity to receive experiences that once felt unfamiliar, and embody new ways of relating, choosing, and participating in your life.

The goal isn't simply to know something different about yourself. It's to develop the capacity to live differently, without continually having to negotiate with the same internal responses.

Beyond Awareness. Into Transformation.

I

Beyond Recognition

You're no longer just identifying your patterns or understanding where they came from. You're learning to work with the underlying predictions and protective processes that continue influencing your experience.

II

Beyond Affirmation

You're moving beyond trying to consciously convince yourself of something your body hasn't learned to experience differently. Instead, you're learning to engage a pattern while it's active and introduce experiences that challenge the expectations maintaining it.

III

Beyond Changing the Response

You're not simply practicing a different reaction when something triggers you. You're developing the capacity to sustain new experiences, receive what was previously unfamiliar, and make new ways of being increasingly natural.

Is this you?

Is Make Room for More right for you?

This is for you if…

  • You've spent years exploring yourself through therapy, personal development, spiritual practices, or other forms of inner work.
  • You can recognize your patterns and understand where they came from, but still find yourself repeating familiar responses.
  • You've experienced meaningful internal growth, but your relationships, choices, or circumstances don't fully reflect it yet.
  • You're ready to move beyond managing your triggers and begin changing how you respond when familiar situations arise.
  • You want to expand your capacity for love, support, success, pleasure, and new experiences without old expectations continually influencing how much you allow yourself to receive.

This isn't for you if…

  • You're just beginning to explore your emotional patterns and are primarily looking for an introduction to self-awareness or personal development.
  • You're looking for someone to identify and interpret your individual patterns for you rather than learning how to work with them yourself.
  • You're primarily interested in gaining more spiritual or psychological knowledge without putting the teachings into practice.
  • You're looking for a quick technique to eliminate uncomfortable emotions or avoid the uncertainty that can accompany meaningful change.
  • You want personalized coaching, live sessions, or ongoing access to a facilitator rather than a self-directed learning experience.
  • You're currently seeking individualized mental health treatment or crisis support that requires the care of a qualified professional.
